Jody has many years of experience operating and implementing office policy, systems, and managing personnel departments. She has extensive experience in the construction industry in the accounting, payroll, benefits and human resources, as well as assistant to the comptroller. Her expertise ranges from working with individuals, small groups, large departments and companies of every size. She frequently volunteers within her church community and local township. She is involved with developing our future leaders (preteens through young adults) through our RISING STARS program.

Becky Hatcher is a 20 year veteran of the coaching, education and sales industry. She was the Director of Sylvan Learning Center for 14 years where she was recognized as Director of the Year in 1996. She also served as a consultant and sales representative for Houghton Mifflin School Publishers and Sundance Newbridge Educational Publishers, where she received numerous awards including the National Customer Loyalty award and the Achievement in Business Planning and Sales award. Her past experience as a Performance Improvement Strategist has covered all areas of marketing, sales, leadership, financial operations, strategic planning, communication, motivation and development. Becky has a degree in Liberal Arts from Thomas Edison State College with concentrations in Psychology and English.

Corliss McGinty founded Soft Solutions of Greensboro, North Carolina in 1993 as an HR Consulting firm focusing on technology.
